Our Mission

Led by the Associate Vice Chancellor for Facilities, our mission is to proactively deliver and maintain facilities that foster exceptional teaching, learning, and living environments. Our team has over 300 full-time employees who work daily to enhance the TCU experience.

Our Services

Facilities oversees design, construction and renovation of all capital projects as well as necessary operations, maintenance, repair, and services for existing pavements, grounds, facilities, and infrastructure.
